EXHIBITOR INFORMATION 

All breaks and breakfast will be located in the exhibit area. Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to attend all sessions and meals. A portion of the proceeds from the exhibitor fee and wine grab event helps fund five rural Michigan high school students to attend the OsteoCHAMPS program at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. MCRH is a proud sponsor of this program.

EXHIBIT BOOTH: $ 700

  • Exhibit space is a 6-foot skirted table
  • Two representatives may register to attend
  • Organization will be highlighted on the MCRH Conference App
  • Oganization will be featured at all the breaks 

EXHIBIT DATES & HOURS (times are subject to change)

  • Thursday, November 7th 7am-6:15pm (Breakfast with attendees)
  • Friday, November 8th 7am-10:30am 

SET-UP TIME: 

  • Wednesday, November 6th 4-6pm 
  • Thursday, November 7th 6:45- 7am All exhibits must be up by breakfast. 

DISMANTLING 

  •  Friday, November 8th AFTER last break (anytime after 10: 15am)

VENDOR CARD DRAWING

  • Each attendee is given a vendor card that lists all conference exhibitors. Attendees are encouraged to obtain signatures from each exhibitor in order to be eligible for the gift drawing. 
  • All exhibitors are asked to contribute a gift for the drawing. *Please note, MCRH is aware that certain organizations may not be able to participate.
  • If your organization does not bring a prize, you will not be featured on the vendor card. 
  • Winners will be displayed Friday, November 8th during the last break. 
  • Each winner will need to visit that exhibitor's table to claim their gift during the last break on Friday morning.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE

  • Exhibitors will be assigned a booth number based on the process of payment; the earlier you register, the more desirable booth location you will receive. 
  • Booth Assignments wil be sent out via email one week prior to the conference 

SPONSOR BENEFITS AND SPONSORSHIPS

  • Organization's name, logo and brief description on the MCRH Conference App
  • Organization wil receive a banner advertisement on the MCRH Conference App
  • Organization's name/logo & sponsorship prominently displayed in the conference PowerPoint
  • Attendance to all sessions
  • List of attendees will be sent one week prior to conference 

Conference Neck Wallets: $800

  • Your company name and/or logo will be exclusively advertised on the conference neck wallet
  • Wallet will include participants name tag and conference agenda
  • Conference wallets may be purchased by MCRH

Session Sponsor: $250/Session

  • Organizations my choose to sponsor a session for the conference
  • Organizations have the opportunity to introduce the speaker of the sponsored session

Thursday Breakfast Sponsor: $500/Sponsor

  • Three sponsorships are available at this price

Thursday Afternoon Break Sponsor: $250/Sponsor

  • Two sponsorships are available at this price 

Beverage Ticket Sponsor: $1000

  • Representative(s) from organization will distribute beverage tickents and greet attendees at the Thursday evening Reception. 
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the tickets to the conference.

Reception Food Sponsor: $500

  • One sponsorship available for food sponsor for the Thursday evening reception

Omelet Station/Friday Breakfast: $500/Sponsor

  • Three sponsorships are available at this price

Friday Morning Break Sponsor: $250/Sponsor

  • Two sponsonships are available at this price

Wine Sponsorship: $650

  • MCRH will purchase the wine for the wine grab event. 
  • Wine grab is a fundraising event for OsteoCHAMPS. 

ADVERTISEMENTS

  • Advertisements are FREE for sponsors. 
  • $100/advertisement for exhibitors and any other organization who wish to purchase an advertisement
  • Organizations who submit an advertisement will be featured on the MCRH Conference App
  • We request all Banner advertisements be 600x 100 pixels and all thumbnail logos be 240x 240 pixels. 
  • All logos and advertisements will be featured in color.

LODGING

  • All representatives from each organization are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. 
  • Booking Instructions
    • Please call 231-946-5000 and mention you are the the Michigan Center for Rural Health Exhibitor Group. 
    • Stay dates are 11/6/19-11/8/19
    • Rooms must be reserved by October 8, 2019.

CONFERENCE AND EXHIBIT SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • MCRH will not be liable for damage or loss to an exhibitor/sponsor's property, fire, theft, accident, or other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise. 

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to MCRH 30 days prior to the start of the conference for a full refund. 
  • Any cancellations made in writing to MCRH with less than 30 days notice priorto the start of the conference will receive a 50% refund. 
  • No refund will be made for the space that is not utilized during the conference.
