Director
John is responsible for the coordination of the State Office
of Rural Health program, the Critical Access Hospital program, and the Rural
Health Initiative.
Angie Dietlein, Critical
Access Hospital (CAH) Program Administrator
Angie is responsible for implementing the Critical Access
Hospital program following the Michigan Rural Hospital Flexibility Plan
grant submitted and approved by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy.

Phyllis Ball, Education &
Communication Coordinator
Phyllis is responsible for planning, organizing, and
implementing the educational programs, workshops, and conferences. She
also develops and distributes media and printed publications; and
coordinates the organization and distribution of grant funding opportunities
and health information to rural constituents.
